"Hi there, am Chef Alexis. Welcome to my "Let me show you how to bake" show. Today, i shall show u & the world how to bake a cake.."


"There's no need to feel intimidated by cakes, even if you've had problems baking in the past. Baking the perfect cake can be fun and simple if you follow these basic steps." said Chef Alexis





"Cream the shortening and the sugar until the mixture develops a light
consistency,Next, add the vanilla and the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition."





"In a separate bowl, sift the flour and the baking powder together. Now add these dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, a small amount at a time, and alternate with the milk. Beat after each addition."






"Yummy..this is nice !! Who needs CUP-CAKES when i can bake my OWN cake ?"
